The UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan with prescription drugs (MAPD) is a PPO plan, which means members have lots of flexibility in choosing a provider. Use the resources below to learn more about the provider network and find a covered doctor, hospital or other health care provider in their area.
As a member of our plan, Trust members can choose to receive care from out-of-network providers. Our plan will cover services from either in-network or out-of-network providers at the same cost, as long as the provider accepts the plan and has not opted out of or been excluded or precluded from the Medicare Program, and the services are covered benefits and medically necessary.
