How do I sign up?


Enroll in two easy steps:

Enroll in the SAMBA High Option or Standard Option medical plan

If you are not already a member, you'll need to enroll with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) during Open Season, Nov. 13 – Dec 11. 2023. (If you are already enrolled, skip to step two):

If you are already enrolled in the SAMBA High Option or Standard Option Health Benefit Plan or after your initial enrollment has been processed and confirmed by OPM, call a UnitedHealthcare Customer Service Advocate who will help you step-by-step to enroll:
