Enroll in two easy steps:

Enroll in the APWU Health Plan High Option Plan

If you are not already a High Option member, you'll need to enroll with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) during Open Season (Nov. 10 – Dec. 8, 2025), or a Qualifying Life Event. (If you are already enrolled skip to step two):

The Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program is a separate program, administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) which will provide health insurance to eligible Postal Service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members.

Postal retirees will have the choice between our Medicare Advantage Plan for APWU Health Plan (which includes Part D prescription drug coverage) or the High Option medical coverage alongside an Express Scripts Part D prescription drug plan.
