Learn more about the PSHB Program
The Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program is a new, separate program, administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) which will provide health insurance to eligible Postal Service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members starting in 2025.
APWU Health Plan is approved by OPM to participate in the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program. Postal retirees will have the choice between our Medicare Advantage Plan for APWU Health Plan (which includes Part D prescription drug coverage) or the High Option medical coverage alongside an Express Scripts Part D prescription drug plan.
