Effective Jan. 1, 2026, we’re making some changes to UnitedHealthcare® Individual Medicare Advantage service areas and discontinuing some plans. This does not impact employer-sponsored UnitedHealthcare® Medicare Advantage plans, such as the UC Medicare Choice Plan. For example, UnitedHealthcare and some providers have mutually agreed to end our contract for Individual Medicare Advantage HMO plans, except for Medicare Advantage Group Retiree HMO and PPO plans.
