Your open enrollment period will be from October 20 – November 3, 2026.

The Shell Medicare Complementary plan is closed to new enrollees. If you would like to enroll in the UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan, contact the Shell Benefits Service Center. Customer Service Representatives are available at 1-800-30-SHELL (1-800-307-4355) during business days (excluding most New York Stock Exchange holidays), 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Central Time.
