What You Pay for Vaccines – Our plan covers most adult Part D vaccines at no cost to you.

What You Pay for Insulin – You won’t pay more than $35 for a one-month supply of each insulin product covered by our plan. Refer to your plan materials.

When your coverage begins, sign up for Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy to help save time and money filling your maintenance medications. Use Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy to get a 3-month supply of your medications mailed right to your home. There’s no charge for standard shipping.†

Optum Rx is an affiliate of UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company. You are not required to use Optum Rx home delivery for a 90-100 day supply of your maintenance medication

Here’s how home delivery works:

Order up to a 3-month supply of your maintenance medications. Optum Home Delivery fills your order and mails it to you. Your medication arrives within 5–7 days.
