Please note the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage Edge (PPO) will be ending on January 1, 2025. UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage Edge (PPO) members will automatically be transitioned to the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (PPO) plan effective January 1, 2025, unless you select another health plan during the Open Enrollment period.
