As a retiree, you may be eligible to enroll in the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (PPO) plan.

If you are transferring from the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage Edge (PPO) to the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage Edge (PPO) effective January 1, 2025, please note the following –

ID cards for the new plan should arrive the third week of December
If you have not received your ID card prior to January 1st, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-867-5581
Your pharmacy benefits will be managed by UnitedHealthcare instead of Optum Rx directly. If you do not have your ID card, the pharmacy information will be as follows under your new plan –
- Rx BIN: 610097
- RxPCN: 9999
- RxGrp: MPDURS
