From October 20 – December 5, 2025, AT&T retirees or eligible dependents can enroll in the 2026 AT&T-sponsored Group Medicare Plans online or by calling UnitedHealthcare

Already Enrolled

If you are currently enrolled in the AT&T-sponsored Group Medicare Advantage Plans, you don’t need to take any action. You will be automatically enrolled in the AT&T-sponsored Plans equivalent to the medical and prescription drug plan you have today.

If you decide you don’t want to be enrolled in the AT&T-sponsored Plans, you can click here https://uhgrem.my.site.com/OptOut to opt-out online (enter code ATTOptOut26) or call UnitedHealthcare October 20 to December 5 to decline the coverage for 2026.

You cannot opt-out of only the medical plan or only the prescription drug plan; you must be enrolled in both the medical plan and prescription drug plan to be eligible for AT&T-sponsored coverage.

Reminder! These are the only AT&T-sponsored plan options for 2026, and by declining coverage you may not be able to enroll in AT&T-sponsored coverage until the next annual enrollment period.

Required information for enrollment

Medicare requires the following in order for you to be enrolled in the AT&T-sponsored Group Medicare Advantage Plans insured by UnitedHealthcare®.

• You must be entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B.
• You must continue paying your Medicare Part B premium.
• You must have a permanent street address (this cannot be a P.O. Box).
• You must have your Medicare ID number.
• You must live within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territories.
