Annual Benefits Enrollment was October 31 to November 10, 2023.

You should have received a packet of information from the Wells Fargo Retirement Service Center with instructions on how to enroll. To enroll in the plan, you must visit benefitconnect.wf.ehr.com/ess or call the Wells Fargo Retirement Service Center at 1-877-HRWELLS (1-877-479-3557). Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT. Relay service calls are accepted.

You should initiate your enrollment in Medicare Part A and Part B as much as 90 days in advance of your Medicare eligibility date to ensure that you are enrolled in Medicare prior to your eligibility date. If you do not then elect Medicare Advantage plan coverage prior to the first of the month in which you become Medicare-eligible, you may experience a gap in coverage between your pre-Medicare retiree medical plan and your Medicare-eligible retiree medical plan. If you choose not to enroll, please keep in mind that you cannot re-enroll in Wells Fargo-sponsored retiree medical coverage at any time in the future.
