If you enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage PPO plan for 2024, you should have submitted the Retiree Election/Change form for Open enrollment and Retiree Medicare Advantage Enrollment form. If you use PEBB My Account, you will be directed to these forms.

Deadline to enroll

The PEBB Program must receive your Retiree Election/Change form for Open Enrollment and Retiree Medicare Advantage Enrollment form by November 30, 2023.
