Enrollment Information

Saint Paul Public Schools has chosen to move from a combined Medicare Advantage plan with prescription drug coverage to two separate plans effective January 1, 2026. A UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage plan will provide your medical coverage, and a stand-alone UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Part D Plan (PDP) will provide your prescription drug coverage.

You will be automatically enrolled in the new UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Part D Plan and UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage plan.

Your coverage under your new Part D plan and Medicare Advantage plan will be the same as your current coverage.

What do you need to do?

You don’t have to do anything. There’s no paperwork to complete. You will be automatically enrolled in the new UnitedHealthcare Group Part D plan and the new UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage plan.

If you do not wish to be enrolled into these plans, please complete the packet mailed by BRI, or contact the BRI Customer Service email address continuationsupport@benefitresource.com by phone at (866) 996-5200, press 3, then state "Retiree" and press 1.

IMPORTANT: If you decline to enroll, you will not be eligible to re-enroll in the coverage at any time in the future.
