2024 St. Paul public school open enrollment presentation

Saint Paul Public Schools is pleased to introduce the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage PPO plan for your health care and prescription drug coverage, which will be offered to Medicare-eligible retirees and their Medicare-eligible dependents. This plan is a custom Medicare Advantage PPO Plan designed exclusively for Saint Paul Public Schools retirees. This plan is different and should not be confused with individual UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans that might be available in your area.

If you do not wish to be enrolled into this plan, please contact Chantell Jones at benefits@spps.org, by phone at 651-767-8227. If you decline to enroll, you will not be eligible to re-enroll in the coverage at any time in the future.
