2024 Open enrollment presentation

This Group Medicare Advantage PPO plan is exclusive to City of Saint Paul retirees. It delivers all the benefits of Original Medicare (Parts A and B), includes prescription drug coverage (Part D), and offers an improvement in network, benefits, and cost.

The City’s Medicare Advantage plan is available nationwide covering all eligible retirees regardless of where they reside in the U.S., D.C., and 5 U.S. territories. Plus, coverage enhancements include benefits for eyewear, hearing aids, diabetic supplies, and lower prescription co-pays at preferred pharmacies.

You do not need to do anything to enroll. You and your Medicare-eligible dependents will be automatically enrolled in this plan unless you tell BRI that you are not interested by October 28, 2023.

If you do not wish to be enrolled into this plan, please contact the Customer Service email address jdickens@benefitresource.com or by phone at 320-316-0521 Option 2. If you decline to enroll for 1/1/2024, you will not be eligible to re-enroll in the coverage at any time in the future.

The City of Saint Paul will pay the same portion of your monthly insurance premiums. BRI will continue to administer billing for you.
