Enrollment Information

Retirees will need to request the general enrollment packet from the NMRHCA office. Fill out all applicable forms. Return forms and any applicable documentation to NMRHCA in person or by mail to:

Enrollment deadlines

You must enroll in one of the UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plans during  the Switch Enrollment period which was from October 1 – November 15, 2023, or when you first become eligible for Medicare. Not enrolling during these times could result in you not receiving coverage for the plan year.

What if the enrollment deadline has passed?

If the enrollment deadline has passed, you won't be able to enroll in a plan until the next enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying event. Contact NMRHCA with questions on enrolling outside of the Open Enrollment period.
