Your Nationwide Retiree benefits will be administered by the Nationwide Benefits Center at UnitedHealthcare Retiree and Direct Bill Administration (RDB). If you would like to enroll in the UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan, contact the Shell Benefits Service Center. Customer Service Representatives are available at 1-800-30-SHELL (1-800-307-4355) during business days (excluding most New York Stock Exchange holidays), 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Central Time.

Once your Retiree account information is received, an enrollment form and welcome letter will be mailed. Your cost for coverage and the amount you must pay will be shown on your enrollment form. You must enroll within 60 days.

1. Once you receive your welcome letter you can access your account via the member portal where you can view your record, access your letters, and make payments.
2. To register, please visit https://mybenefitservices.tpa.com, click on the "New user registration" link, then follow the registration process instructions. NOTE: You will be asked to enter your social security number (SSN) as a second form of identification.
3. Initial/Qualifying event enrollment or waiver of coverage can only be completed via mail, email or fax. Online enrollment is not an available option.
