Open Enrollment dates are from 10/4/24 to 11/15/24.

Your Nationwide Retiree benefits are administered by the Nationwide Benefits Center at UnitedHealthcare Retiree and Direct Bill Administration (RDB). You are encouraged to view your coverage options, costs, and make enrollment changes to your benefits online at the Nationwide Benefits Center website at mybenefitservices.tpa.com. If you have any questions you can contact Nationwide Benefits Center – Direct Billing and Retiree Administration at 877-604-2049, TTY 711, 8 am to 5 pm Central Time, Monday thru Friday. 

Once your Retiree account information is received, an enrollment form and welcome letter will be mailed. Your cost for coverage and the amount you must pay will be shown on your enrollment form. You must enroll within 60 days.

  1. Once you receive your welcome letter you can access your account via the member portal where you can view your record, access your letters, and make payments.
  2. To register, please visit https://mybenefitservices.tpa.com, click on the "New user registration" link, then follow the registration process instructions. NOTE: You will be asked to enter your social security number (SSN) as a second form of identification.
  3. Initial/Qualifying event enrollment or waiver of coverage can only be completed via mail, email or fax. Online enrollment is not an available option.
