Gym and fitness membership
SilverSneakers® is a fitness benefit that includes:
- A standard monthly membership and access to group exercise classes at participating fitness locations1.
- Classes2 to get active outside of traditional gyms.
- Virtual resources and a support network through SilverSneakers LIVE™, SilverSneakers On-Demand™ and the SilverSneakers GO™ fitness app.
- SilverSneakers Steps for members 15 miles or more from a participating fitness center. Choose the kit that works best for you: general fitness, strength, walking or yoga.

Caring for your mental wellness may be as easy as picking up your phone. As a UnitedHealthcare® plan member, you can use the Calm Health app, at no cost to you, for programs and tools to better support your mental health.
Use the Calm Health app to:
- Learn techniques to help you feel better and manage stress
- Try Sleep Stories, meditation, music and other sounds
- Build healthy habits by tracking your progress
- Access digital mental health programs
- Find mental health care providers and benefits
- Support designed to fit you
Getting started with the app is as easy as answering a few questions:
- Take a quick mental health screening based on how you are feeling. The questions are based on the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and General Anxiety Disorder screening (GAD-7), which are effective, clinically valid, industry-standard screenings for mental health.
- Based on the screening and the input you provide about how you’re feeling, you’ll be given a personalized plan to support your condition and mental health needs.
- Follow your personal program and see how your mental health changes over time.
Register/log into your member portal for registration instructions or call the Customer Care phone number located on the back of your member ID card.
With UnitedHealthcare Healthy at Home you are eligible for the following benefits up to 30 days following all inpatient and skilled nursing facility discharges*:
- 28 home-delivered meals when referred by a UnitedHealthcare Engagement Specialist
- 12 one-way rides to medically related appointments and to the pharmacy when referred by a UnitedHealthcare Engagement Specialist
- 6 hours of non-medical personal care provided through a professional caregiver to perform tasks such as preparing meals, bathing, medication reminders, and more. A referral is not required.
