The transition to Alight is now complete.

Effective immediately, the CenterPoint Energy Benefits Service Center has been renamed to the CenterPoint Energy Benefits Center. The new phone number to contact the Benefits Center is 1-800-687-5770.

If you are not currently enrolled in retiree medical and prescription drug coverage under the Plan

Beginning 1/1/2026, the name will be the CenterPoint Energy Benefits Center and the phone number is 1-800-687-5770. This should be updated in all communications sent by UHC to CenterPoint employees for 2026 and ongoing.
