UnitedHealthcare gives you many ways to earn rewards and lots of ways to spend them too.
- Earn rewards by completing available activities
- Spend your rewards on eligible items like gifts, clothing or groceries
- Keep checking for more activities throughout the year
- Once you’re a member, sign in to your plan website, look for Health & Wellness and select Rewards.
Reward offerings may vary by plan and are not available in all plans. Rewards can only be used by members of UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans for eligible items at participating merchants and in accordance with applicable Medicare laws. Rewards funds are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. No ATM access. Rewards cannot be used to purchase Medicare-covered items or services, including medical or prescription drug out-of-pocket costs, or alcohol, tobacco or firearms. Rewards must be earned and reported within time frames specified by the plan. To request a hard copy of the Rewards Program Terms of Service, please contact Customer Service.
Renew Active® is a Medicare fitness program, offered at no additional cost to you,when you use a participating gym from our large national network
Renew Active includes:
- A gym membership at a fitness center you select from our large national network. Visit UHCRenewActive.com to find a fitness location near you.
Call or go online to learn more and to get your confirmation code. Sign in to your member site, look for My Coverage and select Access gym code or call the number on your UnitedHealthcare member ID card to obtain your code.
The Renew Active® Program and its gym network varies by plan/area and may not be available on all plans. Participation in the Renew Active program is voluntary. Consult your doctor prior to beginning an exercise program or making changes to your lifestyle or health care routine. Renew Active includes standard fitness membership at participating locations and other offerings. The participating locations and offerings may change at any time. Fitness membership equipment, classes, and activities may vary by location. Information about classes in your area is being made available so you will have an opportunity to learn about some community resources that may help your overall health and well-being. This information is provided solely as a convenience, and participation is voluntary.
