Renew Active includes:

- Thousands of on-demand workout videos and live streaming fitness classes.
- Social activities at local health and wellness classes and events.
You will need a confirmation code to activate your gym membership. Once you’re a member, you can sign in to your plan website, look for My Coverage and select Access gym code. Or you can call the number on your UnitedHealthcare member ID card to ask for a code.
Participation in the Renew Active® program is voluntary. Consult your doctor prior to beginning an exercise program or making changes to your lifestyle or health care routine.
